Terms & Conditions

(a) Please note that there is a 2% charge for the use of a CREDIT CARD this charge is applied by the CREDIT CARD COMPANY. Please note this does not apply to DEBIT CARDS.

(b) Trial Lesson Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

(c) Pleasure Flight Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

(d) Trial Lesson Vouchers and Pleasure Flight are not refundable.

(e) Northumbria Helicopters reserve the right to postpone the flight for weather or flight safety issues.

(f) Trial Lesson and Pleasure Flight Vouchers will be posted out 1st class on receipt of order and payment in full.

(g) For Any Flights in the Robinson R22 there is a 240lbs (17 Stone or 109kg) weight limit.

(h) For Any Flights in the Robinson R44 there is a 300lbs (21 Stone or 136kg) weight limit.

(i) Observer(s) will be allowed depending on size and weight and at the instructors descretion.

(j) Pleasure Fights are usually flown twice a month and usuallly on a Sunday.

(k) Traffic Report Ride Along flights are flown during Summer months only.
